Individuals staying in campus housing will pick up their Cougar Cash cards when checking in at their assigned housing area. Cougar Cash cards are mailed the second week of August to patrons not staying in campus housing.

You may add additional money to your Cougar Cash card at the Cougar Cash kiosk located in the the Cougar Eat in the Wilkinson Student Center (WSC) and at the Helaman Halls Creamery.

Lost Cards: When you purchase a Cougar Cash card by July 27 it will be associated with your account, and the unused balance on a lost card at the time of replacement can be transferred to a new card. To replace the card and the remaining funds, you must visit the Cannon Center front desk (there is a $2 fee at that time). Cards purchased at the Helaman Halls Creamery are not associated with your account, and if lost, cannot be replaced.

All accounts are closed at the end of Education Week. Unused balances or unclaimed Cougar Cash cannot be refunded. However, any balance on Education Week Cougar Cash accounts can be transferred to a BYU student's account if done before 5:00 p.m. Friday, August 24, by visiting the BYU ID Center in 1057 WSC or calling 801-422-3866.
